A 6’ or 8’ table and two chairs will be provided for you at your booth.
Tables will be set up, along with chairs and a booth number provided.
Tablecloths will NOT be provided – please make sure to bring your own!
If you requested electricity, please make sure to bring an extension cord/power bar with you.
Exhibitor registration will take place between 8:30-9:30am. Doors will open to the public for the Vendor Market promptly at 10:00 am. Please plan accordingly for your required setup and registration!
To unload, you can park at the entrance of the Active Living Centre. We will have volunteers ready and available to help you unload your items and take them to your booth while you park your car. You must move your vehicle to the upper parking lot, or the main parking lot. Click here for a map of where to park.
Please note: Minimal parking spots are available by the entrance and must be open for the public to use.Once you have parked, please come to the registration desk and check in before setting up your booth.
A dedicated vendors-only area will be available for your use throughout the event. This space includes complimentary light refreshments and snacks. Please note that lunch is not provided, so we recommend planning accordingly. A microwave, sink, and refrigerator will be available should you wish to bring your own food.
We know it’s not always easy to step away from your booth at events like this—but we want you to experience the interactive elements of this expo too! To help make that happen, we’ll have friendly volunteers available to keep an eye on your booth while you take a break, explore the expo, and connect with fellow vendors. Consider it your chance to mix, mingle, and be part of the fun!

The Women’s Wellness Expo is a one-day, community-driven event designed to connect women with trusted, local wellness professionals, brands, and services.
