The Women’s Wellness Expo is a one-day, community-focused event created to support women through education, connection, and access to trusted wellness resources. Designed for women at all stages of their wellness journey, the Expo brings together local experts, businesses, and speakers in a welcoming, empowering environment.

Throughout the day, attendees can explore a thoughtfully curated vendor marketplace featuring local businesses in fitness, nutrition, mental health, holistic wellness, beauty, self-care, and lifestyle services. This is a space to ask questions, discover new tools, and connect with professionals who genuinely care about your well-being — without pressure or rushed interactions.

In addition to the vendor marketplace, the Expo offers classes and an expert lead educational panel, designed to educate, inspire, and provide practical takeaways you can apply to your everyday life.

Whether you’re spending the day learning, attending a single session, or simply exploring the marketplace, the Women’s Wellness Expo is designed to meet you where you are — offering meaningful experiences, valuable connections, and a supportive community.
